Okay, Winter winter winter, cold, kalt hidden underneath the layers of your skin and food and clothes, and the mind is being tricked out by the strange cold and gets cold too,

Make your mind be a color again, create little artwork pieces of food and enjoy them with each sip and bite, maybe this is the best time for it, winter heart. 

And then, don’t forget to use your body, walk , run, hop gallop, in the forest with you, to see the trees sleep and the winter birds sing, and go get some sun, drink it in big big shining arrows, as your body neeeeeds light, because our system nowadays does not work the natural way any more, we cannot rest in winter, winter is as busy as summer as spring as autumn, so we need to grow with the system in our mind, and make the winter rest shorter and warmer in tea sipping moments.

Be brave, don’t be scared of the cold, it is just… winter. And a beautiful one too!

PS. Assoon as you got yourself used to cold a little cold, it does not feel that cold anymore, and you won’t catch a cold of going for a walk, you get one of imagining that you get one.

BE ATTENTIOUS  / BEOBACHTE AUFMERKSAM UND FINDE SCHÄTZE

It is summer, even if it is a moody summer, some things do not change. Berries and Fruits and plants grow like vivid beautys, go go go and open your eyes, you find treasures everywhere, plums, apples, berries, more berries, more plums, of all different kind of sorts. Go and pluck them, or they fall down on the ground and disappear in the nothingness, cook them combine them, play with them, do do do!

Eat Flowers to eat aesthetics, fresh from the balcony go and find flowers everywhere, not all eatable but then in the other case additionally decorative.

In this connection: 1st Carrot from the garden, babycarrot, with the fresh taste of the leaves, and basilicum, with peach and celeryroot, and fresh salad, and of course the small leaves of the wild roccet from private garden with the wildrocket rocketflower!

Wilde Rauke, eine Blume, die sich bildet wenn sie Wilde Rauke lange steht und ihre Blätter sich des Salates ergeben, dann formt sich eine weiße zarte Blüte.

Die Möhre, die erste Möhre aus der Ernte gezogen, welche so klein ist, dass sie eine Kindermöhre ist, aber bereits ihren gesamten Geschmack entwickelt hat. Ebenfalls die Blätter sind in ihrer Schönheit voll mit dem Möhrengeschmack, jedoch nur wenn sie selber gezüchtet/angepflanzt sind, ansonsten muss man sie des Giftes entziehen.

In dieser Konnektion: die wilde Rauke mit der Möhre und dem Basilikum, sowie normalen Blättern des Salates und als Struktur ergibt sich zum Formergbenis Sellerieknollenschnittwerk und der Pfirsich zur Konnektion wiederum

The Mind as a Trickfield / Das psych. Gedankennetz

We are over-protected, we are safe with our mind-created technology objects, kept in our personally built cages, the safety creates dis-comfort in the mind, as human being who originally was a free creature without direct restriction needs a certain freedom to feel borderless and feel human.

It is a logical conclusion, as there is a possibility to play an mechanical role, yet at some point the human drive will re-appear. One can change practical direct content, yet cannot change the core aspects in the way of theoretical change.

With the safety diseases are actually easily destroyed, so that one needs to have a reason to take a break, the physical diseases are vanished, so that now it is time for psychological diseases, as a matter of fact, the mind needs attention, and in case of uncontrolment of the mind, the owner of the mind is just using distractions to give himself attention.

There is one simple solution:  control your mind.

As simple as the solution might sound, the controlling of a mind means a life-long-training, which can be the most interesting aspect, as theoretically seen you will be a doctor- of - your- self.

Practically seen there are always factors appearing which make you loose the theory again to find a new theory.

Yet it is important to start, understanding, we are living in 2011, science can rescue you not only from the distance but actually in general aspects.

If we cannot go and visit the forest, we need the forest in our home.

If we cannot go riding we need horses next to us. Branches covering our sticks of arms and legs and Fingers becoming one with the wood, to keep the logical connection between ourself and our-self.

I come home, enter a backyard, which is covered with bikes standing all across a border of a small green space, which is covered with dandelions, which is my salad, my 24h never closing supermarket,

I mix it with the closely related Ruccola, and the two bitter tastes are melting into one another being adorned with different herbs, and in specific a Apple&Carrot-Sauce with Cumin, Coriander and Celery Root and Potatoe for the Basement

Eating salad makes me want to bite and bite, so that there needs to be a resistence, and not only a leaf. So there is linseed and soyaflake and crispy salt attached.

And me and my tomatoe plants, growing growing growing growing, these summer days.

Ich gehe in meinen Hinterhof und finde Fahrräder überall umrandend ein Gebiet Grünfläche, welche mit Löwenzahn bedeckt ist und ruht und wächst und wächst.

Es ist eine Grundlage, die sich so ergibt und wie ein 24h Markt geöffnet ist, eine Quelle der Nahrung die so sichtbar ist, dass es wieder unsichtbar ist.

Der Löwenzahn wird mit dem Ruccola gemischt, beide Geschmäcker die einander so nah, und doch in dem Detail der eigentliche Gegensatz sind, ergeben eine Symbiose, und werden mit weiteren Gewürzen abgerundet, um das Bittere zu mildern ist der Apfel eine weitere Grundlage, sowie die Möhre in frischer geraspelter Form.

Dies wird ergänzt mit einer Creme, die sich ergibt aus gewürzter Koriander, Kümmel, Zimt Apfel-Sellerie-Kartoffel-Möhren- Creme

Ein Salat ergibt eine Ergänzung von Saaten um eine Milderung zu schaffen, und um beißen zu können, lange beißen, und die ganzen extremen Geschmacksrichtungen von dem Gehirn verstehen zu lassen.

This morning I woke up & built a Shelf!

Such simple progresses, building a shelf of Wood which stood and leaned like sleeping Objects next to my Wall in the Kitchen and is transformed now into a Skeletton-Structured Wood-Shelf.

A Cake 1) with Spelt and Rice and Egg

2) With Spelt and Rice and Yeast, which grows and grows and grows up to be baked with Fruits and the fruits which make it sweet are Melon, Apple, Strawberry and Raisin, and are combined with the Crust of Coconut-Anis-Cinnamon- Flakes

1) Komposition of the Beautiful Structure of RedCabbage with WildRice and the beauty of a Strung of Dill with the Simple Smoked Fish

/Die Komposition von dem schönen Blatt eines Rotkohles mit dem Gemüse des Fenchels und Grundgemüse und dem geräuchertem Fisch und der Kartoffel als eine reine Ergänzung

2) Make the idea of PotatoeSalad become a new Idea of composition with salad leaves and Cooked and Uncooked

2) Die Idee des Kartoffelsalates wird umgewandelt in eine neuartige Version, in der Komposition von Kochwerk und Frischwerk.

Mais-Reis-Waffeln mit einem grünen Salat, welcher sich zusammenstellt mit grüner Melone und Apfelstück, sowie frisch gepflücktem Dill, der den Geschmack mit der süßen Erdbeere in eine logische Komposition bringt.

Gleichzeitig Salz und Zitrone, zur Unterstreichung der bestehenden Richtungen Süß+ Neutral

Corn-Rice- Waffles which are served with a green Garden-salad, in  a composition of the sweet flavour of the strawberry and the fresh sweet-bitter apple and juicy melon, in this addition the dill gives one more strong flavour, and can become stronger with Vitamin C pulver / citron and salt.

A Red Colourful Cabbage with a Green Salad and Red Lentils and Soya Chunks cooked in the Juice of The Red Cabbage and Celery Root and Cumin and Salt, and Adorned with Green Fresh Cucumber

A Bouquét of Cakes, showing the Mixture of Speltcake with Citron-Anis-Rhubarb-Apple- Quark- Cake with a Rice-Croutons-Crust and A Rice-Cake with Apples and Cinnamon and a Sunseed-Rice-Flour-Crust

A Wild Rice-Noodle- Salad with FRESH BALCONY salad of fresh Roquet and  Cucumber, in a dear Connection with Cooked Carrots inside Tomatoe Sauce,

which can all be eaten inside the Rice-Pancake, or besides of this.

This Performance is a Symbolic translation of the human interaction, the circle of relation and the exchange of information, consciously or unconsciously happening every day and moment.

We are machines interacting and at some point turn into the liquid of our inside emotion or intuition which creates the absolute conversation between two opponents.

A Musical for Mon-Day,

my birthday musical, which I wrote a script for and made small costumes, explaining the war between the intergalactic mountain which was ones a thunder and the water world.

I must have the most wonderful and talented friends, as they arrived this evening to make a play with me for other friends. Thank you 1000 times again! 

This is the Original SetStory:

A PLACE TO BE INSIDE A STONE WHICH WAS MOVED AND APPEARED AS A NON-STONE SUDDENLY AND KEEPS A SECRET INSIDE

A Fox is going on a travel,

it will be the beginning scene, in which the Fox will find the world FERRONIUM AKKONIUM in which the mountain area lays silently and in-active,

all the actors of part 1 are laying in material „sleeping“ and will slowly with the action begin to be awake,

the fox sees the scene,

in the middle a high layered mountain,

underneath grey and dark fabrics laying, a cloak which is covering the face and the mountain is melting into the right and left world,

which is

1. the World of the Red Lava, which is now lead by the Creatures of Scorpio Akkihi, which are creatures as poisoned and dangerous as melting lava, able to destroy everything, but always with one particular reason

and

2. the World of the Blue Sea, which is a Water Overcome, and not able to breath anymore, therefore the Living creatures in the sealake became numb and ghost figures, as the water stands upright to the top level of the worlds ceiling.

The Fox is going closer to the scenery and observes the wonderful symbiose of colours and disbalances, yet suddenly he feels strangely alienated of himself and the matter of time and space,

his hair begins to grow long and colourful and he himself does looses the track of time and voice,

he speaks strange languages and words, and is more likely singing long OHHHHHHHOOOO AHHOOOMMMMS and own generated languages then his previous way of speaking,

in this process suddenly one creature awakes from the place,

the mountain begins to play music, as the mountain is not able to talk words,

and the synthesizer and his tunes are awakening the two other figures,

the left side of the scorpio and the right side of the lake are slowly crawling out of their layers,

and beginning to have a dialogue,

the scorpio figures were once two very stronge creatures, which were in a symbiose with the waterlakesystem,

they needed the water as the water needed the scorpios,

the mermaids in the water brought them now and then the liquid so they wont become as stabile as the mountain surrounding them,

and the scorpios made therefore the water-world become an active land

In the moment the Light-Struck of Planet LUXIOI ATERINAINAINAI arrived on this planet inbetween these two worlds, both worlds became a memoire of their original and were stagnated.

(THE FATHER SEA FIGURE OF THE LAKE EXPLAINS THIS TO THE FOX LUX FOX LUX or more likely the audience

in the mean time, the scorpios are sometimes grawling and making big sounds, with which ever instruments they want, somehow kept inside there shell, yet still able to show their evil side,

they can talk or scream or just make sounds,

whatever they want)

The FatherFigure thereby suddenly explains in a moaning voice, and now it nearly comes to an end, and the water will drip over the ceiling and steal our last breath of oxygen and therefore my last mermaid in the ocean will disappear and loose all her sparklingness,

and on the side of the skorpios the planet will become stone and the scorpios become a memoire of themselfs,

nothing but this, and melted into one another

(THE SCORPIOS MAKE EVIL SOUNDS TRYING TO ESCAPE THEIR STONEFIGURE YET INABLE TO DO SO)

but here you are fox, and you can save the two worlds and therefore one whole world,

if you understand what I mean… he says with a dark and yet breathtaking voice

The fox makes somehow strange yet logical noises which seem to be an approvement and confirmation,

And not only this one world yo will save, but your own universe, as Fox, maybe you will find out things which have not been able to be found out before about yourself as a creature, which make you a new creature

YOUR TASK will be to travel the Planet LUXOODUIO OUIOIUOI where this light struck came from, where he was ones as light and immaterialistic as he wanted to never be and did not understaand that his value is as fine as a silver powder and important as the air which we need to breath,

and yet he was young and wanted to travel far.

The fox jumps up and down and makes movements of communication,

and then the Father of the Sea says,

ah yes, i forgot… you will not be able to communicate, and there we have to find a solution.

I will give you my most precious belonging, and the last I own, as it is my only and last mermaid, which is found in my world,

…..

(the dialogue continues and the father explains the responsibility and value of this mission

And there the mermaid steps out,

and sings a song of the water and the world of phantasia, with the costume and dance

The Song will explain the Danger Of the Fastness and the Danger of Nothingness,

in the combination with the World of Being, and one needs to create the fastness itself in ones own mind, to be able to exist and to solve the riddles of the Fast World of Phantasia and Light

and the mermaid and the fox travel together into a new sphere which willl be via crawling in the mountain who stand upon a table or something similiar and make a possibility to crawl through,

or he just opens his cloak and lets both characters disappear with a dramatic melody)

The next scene is inside the room B

which will maybe first have a break in between

or will just go into one another

(One can see two guards sitting right and left playing melodies in a battle with one another, two guitars, which are like lightflashes in the melodies

Behind this scenaray an invisible picture is seen, of 3 statuesque beings sitting with their back towards the audience,

all in different being and representations of their interpretation of the lightflash and fastness)

The fox and the mermaid appear in the second world,

and the fox whispers and the mermaid and the fox try to find a way to be unseen in this world of quick movements,

as everything seems to be very stabile,

yet is a scenario of fast happening,

the two guards are seeing them fast,

and fire them with their guitarweapons,

This is the scene it may takes a little longer and can be filled with happening.

The next scene shows the 3 beings which are forming the Mountain of Light and the Sister and Brother of Lightning, which are formed figures instead of the Actual original light flashes,

as the 3^rd brother light disappeared moments ago and changed the whole world into a system of chrystals and nothingness,

as before Light was produced inside this Planet, it was transformed into new Sparkle and into new Planets which formed the Universe of the Specatacle,

The mountain of the Light mumbles and corresponds with the Mermaid,

It is a moment of thinking which will be a sudden moment that the Mountain of Light forces to let the mermaid stay on this Planet and so that a new material is being formed,

no more light,

but the lightning of water and light together, which will make the thunder an creation of Fountains and icesculptures,

and so the fox is kept inside the place and the worlds seem to be lost,

but suddenly a new character appears, and the mountain of lightning transforms into a new person,

which will be able to move and become a human being which brings the fox and the mermaid in their old worlds, which back in this moment are being lost already, and formed a new world of sculptures,

THE END IS THAT NEW WORLDS WERE FORMED AND SHAPED

AND CREATED OLD SCULPTURES

THE 1^st WORLD IS NOW A MOUNTAIN AND SCULPTURE OF SCORPIOS MAKING SOUNDS AND MOUNTAINS MOANING AND SEAFATHERS SUMMING

Background:

Chemical of Oxygen transforming into new Material with The Reaction of other materials,

New worlds are being created by changing old worlds, and mix up old and new existing worlds, it is all a matter of a circle and sometimes keeping old worlds would destroy the circle of life.

The Signs of the SCORPIO , LIBRA, AND VIRGIN are actually coming after one another, which i found out after I made the setting, thats beautiful, as it makes a logical sense.

The Planet of Lights name is a translation of the Latin Name: IN THE SEARCH FOR THE ETERNAL LIGHT , which I found out after looking for the light / lumes translation.

I worked as a museum guide inside the exhibition of Saraceno in Berlin and was wonderful happy to explain visitors the world of science and creation with the example of the wonderful mind from Saraceno.

I got his sketch book notes which show a logical background towards this hyper-dimensional network of spheres.

“A Search for the Earlier Memory” (2011, WGermany)

A Video dedicated to Nynne, theoretically a contra-diction to my thesis in the earlier video about the new creation of memories towards places and situations, yet this process is explaining the inside state, maybe also titled as Unconsciousness, yet this term could be confusing in this context. 

In general it is more about the two different sections, if we solved a problem with the outside we go inside, constant working progress.

“about arriving somewhere in my head to be sad, 
because i searched for a sadness which is inside me to release it and cut it into pieces,

I sometimes want to, because I have a constant neutrality of feeling inside in my head, so that I need to create an artificial situation of minus or plus, of up and down, to deconstruct to construct again,

This time it was very minus, it was about crying of past memories, because i need to re-create happenings of Habscheid-Happenings of childhood happenings, to actually bring them into new contexts, 
I want to understand what I am doing, to actually create a perfectly solved past, 
and wonder if this perfectly solved riddle of the past, which makes me sad,
will make me become a wonder- human which creates a world of solved solving via inter-action and thinking process,

the logic world of thinking and creativity as a cure of sadness,
my theory, and therefore I am looking forward to myself in several years,
maybe it worked or it did not work,
and until then I want to branch the network of solving understanding bigger and bigger, via creating new mind-products, which are transformations of my logical theory into the practice of creativity,

and in my intuition shall be step-leading theories of words into objects, which shall give the key towards people which want to create a solving riddle of their life.

I guess it is very broad to say there is either way or the other,
but maybe there is, and if so, then I know that it feels better to solve riddles, then standing in front of them,
I am too much of a person of Correction to let it become fall apart,
And want to be an Engineer of the Mind-Object world of this planet,
and de-construct it via jumping into the forest and scrrrrrreeeeam like a bird or a wolf or a fox, and destroy dead branches and destroy pre-products into new objects,

I am , I am, and cannot wait to see you, I miss you wonderful Colour and send you this Song, which is a Keysearching for a Melody I played before, and therefore consists of the search which is a basis for new melodies.”

It is raining outside, I turn the rain- beat into clipclapclapping hand- beat, and a birthday-tale for my lionheart!

A Tale about the Wolf which plays piano, and becomes a ghost, as he plays the tune of the Ghost, while he plays he becomes immortal.

In his transformation the Wolf is being raised up up up by the holy voice of the ghost, and is being re-transformed into a fox, which is appearing again in the life- set, next to the actual PLAY outside the SET in the garden.
The Special guest the fox, disturbs the play, and makes the actual LIFE PLAY into a DOUBLE LIFE MULTI TALE PLAY.
Neil Diamond is a guest- star-star and sings songs about love.

“Create a Forest inside a Box” (2011, Berlin)

Video and Art Project of my recent project and collection about the adornment of human with natural versus neo-natural costume.

1) The forest is a transformation inside natural garments which makes human being become invisible to secure itself with the natural colors.

2) The mind is the place which creates new transformations of the invisible self and can with the help of the body create re-projections towards the outside, aka. Costume with color and texture.

Step 1: I asked a few artists and people in London and Berlin to take part in this project via a) creating their own translations of individual costumes and b) using 2 collections of garments and show their own self inside the video, inside the forest.

In both ways I wanted individual people to work together, who know about their expression and self and enjoying the work to develop themselves.

“David Laugomer- Schuhdesign” (2011)

I made this video for the shoe designer David Laugomer who is located in Berlin.

He is from Israel and a very talented Shoe-Tailor. He told me his life story, in which he was once a fast runner in early ages who learned the story of human anatomy via self-observation and then self-taught himself with the help of another orthopedic shoemaker how to make the PERFECT shoe.

His label says that you can walk like a cat inside these shoes, and it is very honest, as I have never had such beautiful shoes with such a good fit.

“Symbols in Objects”  (2011, Berlin)

This video is one view of my project “Symmetrical reconnections”. I started creating one pattern in 2010 in cold winter months and cut the pattern 5 times for 5 different people whom i wanted to create a piece of constant connection for.

Similar to the idea of my project with Nynne J in Kopenhagen, Berlin I am thinking about conscious solutions to dis-create distances via symbolic transformations.
